Horrible customer service.
I usually go to the Oshawa location where my Audiologist Jen works from. She also works at this location and I had an emergency 10 min prior to closing. Jen waited a few extra minutes for me and resolved the issue I had. She saved me a trip to a walkin clinic! She has always been helpful, kind and honest. Far superior service than Ajax location. Thanks Jen for making hearing aids tolerable :)
My hearing was not at the level it should be , so I decided to get it tested. Not sure where to go I was very lucky to have chosen this location. Natel is great right from the start. She was polite, and professional. After the test results showed me I was right to be concerned. I ordered the hearing aids, and once again Natel was great walking me though all I needed to know. I highly recommend this location for your hearing needs.
