Chrystal and Katherine saved the vacation. My Auntie Margaret visiting from the UK suddenly couldn't connect her hearing aid which made for some tense moments. Everyone in our house was trying to help and get it working with no success. I looked up the closest hearing aid location and yours popped up. We went there and Chrystal worked very hard to help get it working.
