Danielle is doing god’s work. I woke up not being able to hear out of 1 ear and got scared I was losing my hearing. I called the clinic and she told me to come in right away to make sure it wasn’t anything serious, when I got there we found out I just needed an ear flushing. 10 min later I walked out feeling like I’m able to hear colours . First of all, Thank you Danielle. I have been wearing hearing aids for almost two decades and I am used to getting great service since a freind owned and operated a clinic in Edmonton. Fast forward to now and moving to Abbotsford, I was looking for a clinic to go to for my hearing aids tuning and checking my hearing. Danielle (at HL ABbotsford) is excellent. She was professional yet personable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and took time to explain things well. She went out of her way to assess my situation, listen to my needs and concerns, and was able to get devices for me the very next day, even though it meant staying after hours. Thank You Danielle!
