I was in Vancouver for a few days on business and realized I’d forgotten my hearing aid 🦻 charger at home in Chilliwack. The team at HearingLife Kerrisdale couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating! They lent me a loaner charger, gave my hearing aids a mini service, replaced the Oticon cones, and even sent me off with a few extras to keep in my car as backups. This is a place where you will get truly professional services. Audiologist Peggy clearly explained every thing in my situation and provided all the details about the future actions. In addition to the top level of professionalism Peggy has excellent human personality, she is very respectful, patient, and friendly. She made me feeling good and confident that I am in good hands. I would strongly recommend her to everyone.
