Went here after spontaneous hearing loss and staff discouraged me from seeking treatment because quote "no one would take my results seriously". I figured I'd ask an ENT anyway only to discover that yes my hearing loss is severe and if I'd gotten treatment at the time of the hearing test, they mightve been able to save my hearing but there's nothing they can do now.
Great staff and great service. Shahid was very helpful.
