I visited the Oakridge location today for my hearing test. The audiologist is Candice and she does an excellent job. We have a genetic family issue with hearing loss. My wife is hearing impaired and we have visited many hearing clinics in the last 40!yrs. Candice has been one of the best, if not THE best clinicians I have dealt with. Today I got MY hearing tested. A great place for hearing care
I purchased my original hearing aids from hearing life. Because of very poor service when it came time to replace them I switched to another provider. Since switching I have received quick and professional service from my new provider. Last week I was advised that my provider had been bought out by hearing life but I could now attend any hearing life store and get problems taken care of. The staff are extremely rude. I would not recommend Hearing Life. They bully the elderly into spending money on cheap hearing aids and when you provide feedback they claim that the customer is rude. Stay away. There are many reputable hearing aid providers that are friendly and helpful out there.
Wonderful service and excellent quality in my Mom's hearjng aid maintenance!
