Do not recommend at all. I received an inaccurate hearing test that led to false hope and a misdiagnosed of mixed hearing loss when it is actually sensorineural, they just didn’t use enough masking when measuring bone conduction. The results were off by 60db. Absolutely unacceptable and it was never explained to me that this could be inaccurate or retested. In fact nothing was explained to me at all, I was just shown a tray of bi cros hearing aids 1 week after sudden hearing loss. There’s no way anyone can process that so so... read more

I’m so impressed with the service I received at Hearing Life, I requested a last minute appointment as another clinic had cancelled my appointment. The receptionist Ellie was lovely and really helpful over the phone. The booking process was smooth and easy. I was able to come in the same day, and the specialist Matthew Lam, was awesome.
