From the friendly greeting at the front desk to the thorough and patient explanation from the audiologist, my experience was excellent. Anila and Joy consistently go above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking professional and compassionate hearing care.
Tiffany is extremely rude and short over the phone while trying to address concerns. The hearing aids I received from them constantly have problems and have to be sent away for repairs taking around two weeks to repair. Being hard of hearing is hard enough and being without a hearing aid for extended periods of time lowers my quality of life as I can’t have conversations. Once you invest you are stuck with their services. I would recommend going elsewhere.
The staff are really attentive and think on their feet. They walk you through the procedure that they are performing forming. They are very gentle when they have to insert any part of the equipment in to your ear I like go there because the staff make you feel comfortable and relax. I would recommend Hearing Life to my friends in a heartbeat
