I cannot recommend Jillian Soh highly enough! For 5 years, she patiently worked with me as I hesitated and waited for hearing technology to advance to a point where it truly met my needs. She never pressured me, providing constant support and expert guidance the entire time. I finally made the commitment after experiencing the new Oticon Zeals, and the results have been great. Jillian's dedication, patience, and expertise as make her an exceptional person to deal with.
Julian, the audiologist, was very thorough, and listened to the history of my health related to ears, and took time conducting the complimentary hearing test, and also followed up with the report to my GP to notify the issues found. Strongly recommend!
I went to hearing life for ear plugs. There were unfortunately some problems along the way, but I was very pleased with the help I received from Verna Lee on this matter. She was knowledgable, empathetic, and very professional in resolving the matter. I would definitely go back to this location to see her if a need arose for this in the future.
