Was there yesterday for my appt, and the receptionist Aline has been very kind, polite and professional while I was waiting (also when I booked the appt the day before). The audiologist cleared my impacted wax right ear quickly, told me how to take care of ear wax routinely etc. Then I was happily on my way home =) I highly recommend this place!
Bought a product through this clinic and had a problem with it. Called and left messages to try and work with them. They simply refused to call me back and help me
