I am very impressed with this team. Wendy is extremely helpful and welcoming. The audiologist, Noel Rambo, is very thorough and takes his time to explain things. I can highly recommend this place!
This is my first experience having my hearing tested. Firstly, Wendy is just so warm and inviting. Then I met Noel Rambo, the audiologist, what a really respectful person. He greets you kindly and explains every step of the hearing test. The test was very thorough and the results were explained in clear terms. Do not hesitate to contact them in the Tsawwassen Mall.
Can’t say enough good things about this business. I have been going here for over 3 years now. The customer care I have received since getting my hearing aids has been fabulous. My hearing aids have been fixed without charge several times. There are other stores closer to where I live but they were charging $300 for a repair I got free at Nexgen. I highly recommend Marius and Wendy.

Giving a review on my daughter’s google account just wanted to pass along the great service provided by Marius and Wendy always friendly and provide much appreciated short notice fixes with self made issues with my hearing aids would certainly recommend!!
