Just before Christmas, I experienced problems with my ear and they kindly fitted me in for a last-minute appointment. The diagnosis was thorough, and the customer service was both professional and highly efficient.
Madison was so helpful and successful with fixing my problem with my ear. She explained every steps very well in a professional and yet friendly way. I am thankful that she helped me!
Do not waste your money on the swimming ear molds. Mine leak, even after having a second impression made. A refund isn't possible so I am stuck with a product that I can't use.
