I have been a client of this office for several years now and they have always been professional and efficient. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who asks. To be fair, the one-star negative review was about B.S. who is no longer at this location. I also had an interaction with him and found him polite, professional and courteous. The current staff are everything you would want and expect.
I went for a free hearing test last year, Brian Sharron from the Sidney Hearing Life who is their hearing instrument specialist, did the exam. After promising to call me when the hearing aids were in so I could try them out for free for 1 months before making a decision, I never heard back from the company. No phone call, no email, no text, nothing at all.
