My eldery friend went to the Spruce grove location on Mcleod Ave today. Doctor was very rude! Upsold to a more expensive hearing aid that she didn't want. Overall atmosphere felt like they take advantage of seniors by pressuring them into the top of the line devices. Very disappointing.
Great staff, took time out to help as they were leaving.
Katherine was our hearing specialist. Just fabulous and very helpful.
