At first my Mom had a great experience here, but her aids are now bothering her ears so she went back to ask for some help or advice and the receptionist flat out said no. She was extremely rude and ignorant and basically brushed her off and told her to do her own research! I always support local but I will never recommend this place to anyone until she is gone.
Great clinic, got my test done swiftly and without issues.
I took my daughter to HearingLife for a hearing test. I was absolutely blown away by the service. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Additionally, Dr. Petrera was not only knowledgeable, highly professional, and patient, but he also explained everything that he would do beforehand. This ensured that my daughter felt at ease every step of the way. Finally, I was concerned about the bill, but he very kindly resolved that issue. I unreservedly recommend HearingLife.
