I have always had positive experiences at the Hearinglife in Bradford. Ms. Finlay is very pleasant and always ready to answer any of my questions. Mr. Petrera is one of the best audiologists I have ever encountered. I was prescribed a set of hearing aids at another location, which I was never able to wear due to feedback. Mr. Petrera was able to make the necessary adjustments for the aids to work properly. I have subsequently purchased aids from him, which I am quite happy wearing. Worst office visit i have experienced. Felt it was nothing but a scam. Total waste of my time,just over an hour for a hearing test that takes 10 minutes.
Great experience
At first my Mom had a great experience here, but her aids are now bothering her ears so she went back to ask for some help or advice and the receptionist flat out said no. She was extremely rude and ignorant and basically brushed her off and told her to do her own research! I always support local but I will never recommend this place to anyone until she is gone.
