The Audiologist, Ryan Nelson was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He insured I was completely comfortable with the product and also helped getting my device set up to my specifications. Staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Huge thanks to the staff at Pindrop Hearing Centre-Amherst, Ryan and Darcie for all the help to me each time I've called for my fathers hearing issues and all the help each time he has traveled over to see you.
