I went in for a hearing test a few days ago and’s was pleasantly greeted by the female receptionist who was cheerful and easy to talk to. Her friendliness and warm welcome set the tone for my visit there giving the office environment a very positive comfortable feeling. Jeffrey was my audiologist and I found his kind, easy going demeanor to be a bonus.
