They wanted to charge me $2,000 more than the price advertised on their own site. The audiologist was unprofessional, lied, rude. They push Oticon hearing aids since they are owned by Oticon. I tried Oticon hearing aids and they were tinny sounding and this made it difficult to understand on the phone calls. It was very poor for streaming music, very tinny and no base. I said I wanted to try Phonac. She said they cost $10,000 a pair and that was lie. Do not trust these people!
I don't need aids yet. Thanks for the good advice.
Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
