So … service is great until you take them up on their price match offer! Suddenly , they will only match “prices in the city” . I think this office is untrustworthy and try to cheat on their offers . The hearing aids I was buying were more than $1000 cheaper out of Medicine Hat. Well worth looking elsewhere!
I had my hearing test 3+ m9nths ago. Haven't heard from them. I have called twice, I get the same excuse. Not worth it anymore. Promises, no delivery. Going back to my original Audiologist.
