0 stars - Avoid!!!!! Can't connect to a person when calling - only option is to leave a message and they don't call back same day - message says will call back "shortly" - what do they want us to do when the matter is important? We never want to go back to this location as we have had an AWFUL experience in person but we have no other choice for now - I hope this industry is regulated and this location will be shut down - Best to choose any other hearing aid provider
Excellent service, friendly atmosphere.
My experience was excellent at listen up before the change but I find that it is now closed often when I am in town. I live in a small community outside of town and with limited transportation find it hard to get there when it is open. I need my hearing aids checked because they are not working very well and must find a way to get there.
