Don't quote prices honestly! Don't honor errors from staff!
I have worn hearing aides for many years and seen many audiologists in the past. The audiologist who helped me here was knowledge and respectful. She did not pressure me into purchasing new hearing aides but tried her best to re-set my old aides, even though I did not purchase them here. Cleanliness and professionalism was compromised and for this reason I could only give this clinic 3 stars.
I felt I received excellent care @ Hearing Life. When a mistake was made with regards to scheduling, it was attended to with gracious apology. The staff are very knowledgable and personable. My experience has been very positive. I would highly recommend this office to my friends.
