The front staff are amazing, but found the audiologist very rude and unwilling to retest or adjust husband’s hearing aids ! He’s had issues hearing as of lately and hasn’t had a retest or adjustment in almost 2 years !! Will definitely be taking our business elsewhere
Horrible lady It was eight thirty in the horrible lady inside that I couldn't sit down I'm waiting outside for money mart to open But I also wanted to make a hearing test cause I have lost my hearing AIDS.The rude lady inside said I could not come in.They were waiting for customers I also went back to say she hurt my feelings. Friendly helpful staff. Easy place to find. Google directions are wrong.
Extremely rude receptionist. Rolled her eyes when we went in to ask a question. Claimed she left messages for our pick up, but she did not. No follow up message to let us know our order was ready. Would never return because of her attitude.
One of the cleanest professional spaces I've visited. Staff were very informative
