Quick shout out to Maria! Dropped in earlier today to have my father's hearing aids serviced. Despite they were not purchased from here, Maria still looked after them on the spot and with a smile. Thank you Maria!
Hearing Life is very unethical. Got both my Dad's and my hearing aids at Hearing Life. My Dad died and I wanted to reprogram his hearing aids so I could use them. He only had them 3 months. Hearing Life (who had already been paid for the hearing aids and for future services for the hearing aids) wants another 1800 to reprogram the hearing aids. All other hearing centers I've called said this is extremely unethical . Please pick a different company to deal with.

Came in to have my mother's hearing aids checked and reconnected with an upgraded app. Nicole helped us out, and was very friendly and informative and made my mom relaxed and at ease. She is an amazing representative of your clinic and will bring people back. Thanks...
