I repeat: these folks are distributors and salespersons for a specific very expensive brand, Oticon. They are not a real audiology practice. Unless you are rich and want this brand, don't bother. They offered my mother only a single brand, and it STARTS at over $7k. Oticons might be good, but there are higher rated brands that go for less than $3k. Don't bother! Unless you are rich, don't bother. These guys aren't actually an real audiology practice. They offered my mother only a single brand, and it STARTS at over $7k. Oticons might be good, but there are higher rated brands that go for less than $3k. Don't bother! And who ever heard of an audiology practice that sells only one brand? They are salespeople, not professionals.
40 wasted minutes on the phone because the Freehold office provided erroneous information
Had trouble with my hearing aids, went to the Lewes office to find out it was closed. I called the support number and the said they could not help me. I would have to wait till Monday. I had to wait the entire weekend till the office opened up on Monday! Why did they not have someone to cover for that office, why?
Horrible. Horrible corporation. Before I was seen in one of their centers, I specifically asked if Anthem pays the claim for my hearing aids. Will you accept payment and I will be reimbursed my $6,800 I was told yes I paid the $6,800. It took Anthem 5 months to make payment on the claim. When said claim was paid, the corporate office refused the insurance payment and was sending Anthem their money back. Mel in the corporate office was absolutely no help in getting my money refunded to me. Beware. They're a bunch of liars.
