Paul was very informative, professional and courteous. Very happy, would highly recommend!
Not to happy drove to Marinette to get hearing test and Paul supposedly looked in my ears and said oh sorry we can't do the test your ears are to plugged with wax. Need to refer you back to your PCP too get your ears then come back and we will do your test. Also was never shown the ear picture of what he was seeing
