I had the good fortune to meet and be treated by John Idema, a hearing specialist with HearingLife in Hailey, Idaho. He meticulously evaluated my hearing issues with tests and extensive examination. His expertise and attention to detail was impressive. I could not recommend him any higher. You will be doing yourself a favor.
The staff is kind and professional, the oticon product is great. They get an easy recommend from me. If your hearing sucks, you should make an appointment and give it a go.
John the is totally incompetent. We are now one the fourth reorder of the units that were paid for in June. The first order was lost and never sent in. the second arrived and proved to be the wrong units. The third arrived but with the wrong specs. Am now waiting for # 4. You have a real problem in this office!!!
