Always a pleasure
I knew I needed hearing aid but I didn’t know how bad. After testing my hearing, Becky quickly determined the best aids for me. As soon as I put them on I could immediately hear things that I haven’t heard in years. I went to dinner with a group of friends and was able to hear everything said at our table, and several other tables. Hearing Life of Kitty Hawk has made my life so much easier.

I called HearingLife as I was having trouble connecting to Octicon Companion. Courtney asked if I could stop by their office in Kitty Hawk…which I did. Within 15 minutes she had replaced the batteries in my devices and corrected an update link to Octicon on my phone. Awesome service!
