Audiologist was professional as well as the front desk employee. The hearing aids were fitted but not correctly set up which wasn’t discovered until I went back for my two week check, which was pushed out to three weeks. The audiologist then extended my 30 return policy. The hearing aids were not as helpful as I had hoped as I had low hearing loss. I tried to return the aids but no one knew how to refund my money. I had some bad experiences with Hearing Life the last couple of years in another office. I switched to the Stevens point office and met with Eliza. She provided me with the best exam I’ve ever had with Hearing Life. She was thorough, and professional and finally adjusted my existing hearing devices the way they were meant to be. Eliza and Sophia saved a customer because I was about to find a different provider. I highly recommend this location to meet your hearing needs.
