My experience has been great. Not sure why, but all 3 sets of hearing aids eventually had problems... My first set, the replacement set, and the last set, the left one had 5 LONG signals (beeps)repeated in 4 sets... Then it went to 8 long signals in 4 sets. Service was awesome, but does everyone have to get replacements?

Very pleased with Dr. Carlton. Very professional. He had great patience with my Dad. We were both extremely happy with the service that was provided and would recommend them to friends and family.
