The experience at hearing life in Hopkins was great. Erik Rami was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He recommended a great solution for me at 1/2 the cost of my existing hearing aids. I love the 45 day trial but so far so good.
A wonderful resource! Erik is so kind and patient with my parents, he is always so helpful and responsive.
As soon as I arrived I was greeted than I.went back to do the test and was shown how to use the hearing aids the gentleman that helped me was very polite
I really enjoyed my experiences here. Erik Raml and his staff are very kind, pleasant, and efficient. Erik made me easy for me to understand the whole process of getting and using hearing aids for the first time.
