I had an appointment with Caroline for my annual hearing checkup and hearing aid evaluation. Caroline was very professional and informative. She evaluated my hearing aids and told me that they were functioning properly and there was no need for an upgrade. My hearing aids are 8 yrs. old so that was a bit surprising. Thanks Caroline for your honesty. Instead of trying for a hard sell for an upgrade you explained that they were fine. It was refreshing to see such honesty.Thank you.

I had a great visit explained everything so I would understand. Very perfessional and friendly staff. I recommend to see them for your hearing needs.

Went in to have my 5 year old Starkey Hearing Aids checked and Miya Wright was incredibly helpful with them. (Unfortunately they are beyond repair.) She is very knowledgeable about all brands of devices and spent a good amount of time with me explaining the differences between brands and technologies. She gave me a demo of some amazing new devices and I will probably be going back to purchase them from Hearing Life. Great experience. Went in knowing I needed hearing aids but so thankful there was no hard sell. Very friendly, professional and thorough. Would highly recommend.
