I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Mel Dermody. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate my hearing, explain what was going on in a way I could actually understand, and walk me through how hearing aids would improve my day‑to‑day life. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was about working within my budget while still making sure I received the right care. I felt genuinely cared for, informed, and supported throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for the level of attention and expertise he provided.

In 2023, I purchased my Sharky hearing aid from Hearing World, and my insurance covered the cost for life. During the warranty period, I had a positive experience with Audiologist Hannah. However, she left Hearing World, and I was forced to deal with Anthony, who provided a subpar experience. As my warranty neared expiration, I did not receive a satisfactory response from him. My dad has been struggling with his hearing for years and had tried hearing aids from other places but this is the first time someone actually treated his hearing as opposed to giving him hearing aids , he is hearing much better and now we can have a conversation without have to repeat every fifth sentence to him
