Needed to replace a dead hearing aid. Insurance sent me here with the promise there would be a discount. Mentioned that to Mr. Haire and he went and got a spreadsheet showing me what the prices would be through my insurance. He helped me find a pair that were close in cost to what the insurance would cover. I got two new ones for very little out of pocket, and very close to what I paid once to get a single hearing aid repaired. He has me come back every four months. He was very condescending towards me. I will never go back nor would I ever recommend this place. When others have asked for recommendations, I have told them to avoid this one.
