The staff are great. Assessment was done thoroughly and they explained the results to me in details. The place was extremely nice and clean. Staff are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I recommend this place to everyone who need a hearing assessment.
My dad had recently his earwax removed at Hearing Well Matters in Burlington, and we had a great experience. Dr. Meredith was incredibly kind, professional, and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The procedure was quick, gentle, and completely smooth from start to finish. The clinic was welcoming, and everything was handled efficiently. We really appreciated the excellent care and would definitely recommend Hearing Well Matters to anyone looking for friendly, professional hearing care.
