I can never reach anyone directly by phone — I always have to leave a message and wait for a callback, which often leads to days of phone tag. When I finally visited the clinic, the receptionist handed us four papers to sign without asking who we were or if we even had an appointment. There was no greeting or basic acknowledgement. Their service is loved
I have never called and got ahold of anyone. You have to leave a message and they will call you back. Doesn’t work well with working people who can’t step away when their phone rings. We will play days of phone tag sometimes.
The Staff is awesome. It's sad to hear Teri has retired. She was a gem. I can finally stop saying HUH? or WHAT? It is FANTASTIC. Thank you ya'll.
