Got me hearing again. Staff is wonderful!
I can never reach anyone directly by phone — I always have to leave a message and wait for a callback, which often leads to days of phone tag. When I finally visited the clinic, the receptionist handed us four papers to sign without asking who we were or if we even had an appointment. There was no greeting or basic acknowledgement.
