I have never called and got ahold of anyone. You have to leave a message and they will call you back. Doesn’t work well with working people who can’t step away when their phone rings. We will play days of phone tag sometimes.
The Staff is awesome. It's sad to hear Teri has retired. She was a gem. I can finally stop saying HUH? or WHAT? It is FANTASTIC. Thank you ya'll.
So far the office staff has been amazing as I am a new patient I am excited to come to the office. They do amazing at answering any questions you have and following up with you. I haven't been to the office yet but I'm looking forward to it. So far It seems like they are very caring.
