Amazingly accommodating in setting up an appointment with you. Highly professional and friendly in dealing with their customers. Cannot recommend it more highly! Scott Lightfoot is the best in selecting and installing hearing aids, always willing to be flexible in his appointment scheduling. This is one of the best run organizations in the city.
Scott Lightbody was extemely knowledgeable and helpful explaining my test results and hearing aid options. His follow-up was much appreciated. The downtown location is most convenient. I would recommend him at this location to anyone in need.
