I paid for a hearing evaluation and new prescription for my hearing aids because my hearing aids are Phonak and these people are the Phonak dealer that Phonak listed for me to go to. However they only gave me the audiogram with their hieroglyphic Dr's notes on it which my insurance refused to accept when I went to get reimbursed. I came here to get some ear molds for in-ear-monitors. Incredibly kind employees and wonderful service. I’d definitely come back if I need anything else!
