I posted bad review over something and the owner contacted me to try to resolve it so I am revising my review to reflect that.
I paid for a hearing evaluation and new prescription for my hearing aids because my hearing aids are Phonak and these people are the Phonak dealer that Phonak listed for me to go to. However they only gave me the audiogram with their hieroglyphic Dr's notes on it which my insurance refused to accept when I went to get reimbursed. The insurance company wanted something in plain writing stating that I needed hearing aids, like a prescription, but when I asked for that, Hearing Solutions refused to do it because I did not buy t... read more
I came here to get some ear molds for in-ear-monitors. Incredibly kind employees and wonderful service. I’d definitely come back if I need anything else!
