Dr. Ballasting-Estes and her staff have been tremendous in helping my mother understand her hear loss and adapt to wearing hearing aids. My mother acknowledges that she hears better. But most importantly, she is able to maintain her cognitive functioning. They are an awesome group, very supportive.
I’ve been coming here for years. Dr. Robinson and her staff are the absolute best. I look forward to my visits not only to get the best care for my hearing problems but for feeling welcomed and cared about.
