I’m unfortunately giving this location one star due to the inconvenience it caused me, despite the staff being very kind to my son and me. I was calling around urgently to schedule a hearing test within two days, as my son was scheduled for ear tube surgery shortly after. His doctor strongly recommended completing the hearing test beforehand. This location was able to get us in the very next day, which I truly appreciated.
