Do you think all Audiologists are the same? You could not be more mistaken! I spent $6,000 on hearing aids and I was constantly adjusting them, changing listening modes, and going back to my 1st Audiologist for adjustments and fine tuning. Nothing worked. Then I discovered a close friend had the same brand as me, but had no issues whatsoever. Cathi and Sierra were fantastic! Highly recommended!
I brought my daughter in for an evaluation after she didn't do so well on her hearing test at the pediatricians. We saw Cathi Robinson and she was absolutely amazing! My daughter is 4 and was terrified about seeing the drs(mostly because her last appt she received shots). Mrs. Robinson was polite and great with my daughter, she made all the tests seem like a game and my daughter had a lot of fun. If we need an audiologist again, I will definitely be back!
Dr. Kostkowski was so kind and understanding with both myself and my grandmother. She went through all the details for her hearing aids and how we could connect them to things in my grandmothers home. 5 stars isn’t enough for how thorough and compassionate she is.
I simply love Hearing Solutions! They have been a blessing! Especially Cathi Robinson ! So patient kind and caring! She makes you feel like you are only person she has today! The whole ambiance and atmosphere of office is wonderful! From the receptionist on! You can’t go wrong with Hearing Solutions! 👍
