I had an amazing experience at Hearing Solutions located at Centerpoint Mall. From the moment I walked in, the team showed exceptional patience and professionalism. Jasmine took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and her deep knowledge made me feel confident and cared for throughout the entire process. The services were efficient, thoughtful, and tailored perfectly to my needs. I truly appreciate the kindness and expertise of everyone I interacted with. Highly recommend!
My left ear had been blocked for over a month due to wax that was hard like concrete, and endlessly applying oil-based ear drops wasn't working. Jasmine of Hearing Solutions at Centerpoint Mall was very patient, and with a combination of water pressure and curette, she eventually removed all the wax. Goodbye to that that awful blocked pressure feeling, now I can hear and swim again!
Jasmine was amazing. If anybody needs to get a hearing test. She will go above and beyond. The receptionist was so friendly as well with a positive attitude.
I have been coming here for years and I must say they are long overdue for a 5 star review from me. The staff is exceptional! Every time it's a smooth visit with plenty of smiles and never has there been a scenario where they weren't able to help me out or to provide the best guidance. These people are simply life savers. Keep it up team!
I found the Hearing Solutions clinic on Centrepoint Mall to be a friendly and welcoming. Jazmine was kind, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what matters in my selecting of a hearing aid. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for hearing aids, without hesitation.
