I had a wonderful experience at Hearing Solutions. Behdad( Clinician) and Mandakini (Admin) were both incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I truly appreciate their care and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

He thoroughly explained everything about her hearing issues, taught her how to put on and remove her hearing aid, and gave us all the necessary advice. He also assured us that if we ever need any parts, he can provide them. Additionally, Mandakini was a fantastic secretary—she greeted us warmly, scheduled our appointment promptly, and made everything smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place to everyone!”

I had a great experience with the clinician Rachel and Mandakini at the admin desk. They really knew their stuff and helped me understand and pick the best option for my needs. Quick and easy process from the appointment to getting my custom earplugs, they were responsive the whole way through!
