I don't think I could but into words just how grateful I am for Dr. Gaiero. I have been struggling for a long time and she was able to explain a lot of my struggles and connect them to my hearing loss. I am so appreciative for the time she took with me. I would highly recommend her.
Such a very pleasant experience from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by name - an amazing support staff and a Dr. whose competence was immediately obvious. Dr. Gaiero's personal attention went well beyond what I had anticipated, and her personable approach throughout my appointment leaves me confident that I was lucky enough to find the very best audiologist. We are fortunate to have her here.
I continue to refer colleagues and friends to this knowledgeable and enjoyable office of customer-centric professionals. Carolyn always exceeds my expectations with her understanding of audiology and audio acoustics that lends an holistic approach to identifying and fine-tuning hearing aids that match my life experiences and environments. She possesses the ability to extract detailed tuning requirements using thoughtful guided questions combined with casual conversation that create such a relaxed experience.
Front desk could use a little sprinkle of friendliness. Know the patient need referral from PCP, but didn't tell her or her family.. she really likes the doctor, got her new hearing aid that day
