My mom is a client at the East Gate location in Stoney Creek. Best customer service and after care ever, every time. The devices are great even after 5 years. Highly recommend.
My father needed hearing aids. Andrea helped us with everything including our WSIB application. Honestly, WSIB took longer than Hearing Solutions. Once we got the OK, Nina assisted with the adjustments. My father can hear again. Thanks to all the staff! Your patience was most appreciated

Very friendly staff. Very clean office and very polite. Plus they explain everything to you that they are doing to your ears. They explain everything very clearly and are helpful.
I attended my appointment on Friday October 11th, the customer service is very good, and friendly and knowledgeable and the hearing doctor is very knowledgeable and efficient and friendly and made everything very clear to me.And gave me many options for products and usage and style and efficiency of.As well many options for payment.Yes I would recommend this place because it is more personal and quiet to each individuals needs.I am happy I went.
