Hearing solutions provided me excellent service when I contacted them one year after buying a hearing aid from them. They did a complete retest and made adjustments to the device. They also gave me free supplies of filters and domes for one year. Great service by Dr. Khadija and Casey. Last year it was Dr. Vos and Casey who provided great service. I would highly recommend Hearing Solutions!
A recent ear obstruction has compromised the performance of my hearing aid. Despite the issue, no support was provided to address the blockage or facilitate an ear examination. Consequently, I sought assistance from an alternative provider.
