Absolutely loved the ease of my appointment. They were incredibly informative about what I can and cannot expect from my insurance. Would highly recommend!
The audiologist was knowledgeable and caring. He spent quite a bit of time getting all of the adjustments right. Very good service and will go back for follow up.
Heidi is the most friendly person too deal with, she tries her best too accommodate any and all of my concerns. Unfortunately for me, damaged nerves can't be brought to life but she does the best she can for what I have left. Highly recommend her and the Hearing Center for all your hearing needs. Had Scott today (new guy) and he was very thorough and informative. I learned a few things . He's very professional and friendly. Good place for hearing aid issues or purchases.
Came in for a baseline hearing test. Everything went well, Scott was great, no pressure tactics!
