I have been with this business since it was Hearing Solutions on Broadway. Then Janeice moved to the Kleindale location and continued to provide excellent service. She was compassionate and understanding as well as professional. Now her nephew, Trey, continues to provide the same excellent service with the same compassion and understanding and the friendliest smile that I've never seen with any other audiologist. I will continue to give my business needs to Rincolina and you should too.
I went to Rincalina to get tested and fitted for my first set of hearing aids. The entire process starting with the initial consult through the final fitting went very smoothly. Trey determined the nature and scope of my hearing loss and then recommended various options to improve it. Trey Vincent is so incredibly knowledgeable,personable and caring that I traveled over 2000 miles to have him help my 80yo mother with hearing aids. He spent so much time with us and explained things so well. He treated my mother with dignity. I appreciate all he did for us. If you need hearing equipment please go there.
