Clifford made me uncomfortable by pulling his chair so close in front of me that his knees were touching my thighs. When I politely asked him to move back he acted offended and made facial expressions and used tones that made me feel he was angry that I didn’t just allow him to touch me. It was such a bizarre and uncomfortable experience I had to walk out, despite having waited weeks for customer ear pieces. I won’t be back.
Clifford is wonderful and insightful. I am a NICU nurse with bilateral hearing loss. He helped me service my hearing aids very quickly! I am grateful.
