During the initial conversation and hearing test with Dr. Demmick I was given a LOT of information which helped me make an informed decision about the hearing aid that would be best for me. I really appreciated that process however, what was really wonderful was the amount of time and effort Dr. Demmick spent AFTER the "sale" in making sure the hearing aids were tuned to specifically help me and my hearing loss characteristics.
