Very kind from the moment I walked in the door until the minute I left. Very caring people who genuinely care about you and your hearing needs. Even though they were not able to help me because of my insurance they took the time to help find who could. I received my hearing test for free and they gave me the results so I could provide them to whom ever was able to except my insurance.
