I was running late for my appointment but Julie said they were behind so to take my time. When I got there it was only a few minutes before I saw Carrie. She was able to clean my hearing aids and I can hear plainly again. The staff is very efficient and I would recommend them to everyone who needs to be able to hear again. I didn't realize how bad my hearing was.
Pleasant, comfortable waiting room with amenities that includes a TV. The office manager and the audiology technician are very pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable.
Signed in quickly, only a 5 minute wait, and everyone was professional and friendly. Excellent experience.
