Very personable and professional service today
I’ve only visited the Vacaville location but they are a very kind and professional group. I’ve always enjoyed my visits to their office and their customer service is excellent! Carrie and Julie are great at their professions - I’ve never had better hearing aids
My Mom has been a dedicated client who has chosen your business model, which often involves rescheduled appointments; appointments that she has to wait weeks and weeks for; and yesterday, a shortened appointment because the woman in charge of the store “ran out of time.” Mom has not had a reevaluation in years.
