My Mom has been a dedicated client who has chosen your business model, which often involves rescheduled appointments; appointments that she has to wait weeks and weeks for; and yesterday, a shortened appointment because the woman in charge of the store “ran out of time.” Mom has not had a reevaluation in years. Carrie and Julie and the audiologist are all amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful! I’ve been doing this for 40 years now and I will say this office is one of only two that have been consistently excellent. Thank you all and to anyone looking for a location to get hearing services, I highly recommend this one.
