The staff is very helpful. Amazing hearing aid.
Today went in for an adjustment and review. Carrie S. was very informative. She cleaned my hearing aid and adjusted it. I felt very comfortable with Carrie's explanation. I would definitely tell my friends and family to go to see Carrie at Beltone in Vacaville!
They were great!
It was a wonderful experience. When I got my fitting originally a year and a half ago at the Fairfield location I guess I was given the wrong part so I never really got comfortable with them and I never really wore them because I couldn't hear. However, the Carrie in Vacaville fixed it right away I'm totally comfortable with them no adjustment period it's wonderful they're very kind professional and knowledge.
I always have a very pleasant experience when I visit with Carrie at the Vacaville facility
