I was referred to Hearing SA by Hearing Savers and received excellent service. The audiologist made sure she fully understood my needs and concerns, explained everything clearly and gave me ample opportunities to ask questions. She also made sure I was properly set up with everything before I left.
Dr Cristy, Hearing SA, presented a professional, yet simple explanation of how hearing aids function. The time taken with demo models more than satisfied my needs, totally. The service standard, punctuality, staff together with the knowledge and experience was a real pleasure. I have referred 2 potential clients already.
